Would RecommendAs soon as I received it, I put everything together, and connected to propane per instructions. Fired it up and ran it for approx 4-5 minutes. A week later I went to use and it would not start up. Appears to be a faulty spark plug. Other reviews I read on this product, others also had spark plug issues with the one that came in it from the factory.

What a generator…XP 10000 HX
Would RecommendCame a day earlier than expected, but that’s good. The driver placed it close to the garage and I sled it onto a dolly and rolled it in. If weight is an indicator of quality we are doing good. Unpacked and assembled in about 1/2 an hour, very intuitive instructions. Added the oil which is hard to find in my area and ready to break her in another day. Came with all the plug ends and the propane hose that it is supposed to, also a few tools to get you started. Would RecommendVery impressed on how this generator is put together and the quality of it. It fired right up out of the box. Havnt had a chance to hook it up to my house yet , but I’m sure it will work as expected

whole house unit
Would RecommendThis new unit will replace my 4800 that I used to power part of my house when power went out. Now with this one set it up with a plug in to an outdoor box to the house and now the whole house can run on this. Had great experience with the 4800 duel fuel did not look any where else for a bigger one.

Whole House NP!
Would RecommendThis is a POWERHOUSE! It runs my electric stove, center air, washer and dryer, and well pump without quitting. My only complaint (and why it’s only 4 stars) it’s VERY loud!!! I have multiple site generators and this war horse barks obnoxiously…

Depends on manufacturer support
Would Not RecommendStarted on propane on third started and seemed to run fine. Broke in for an hour, then changed the oil. Next day, very hard starting with a couple backfires. Ran for an hour again on partial load. Changed the oil again. Attempted to restart and nothing but backfires and pops. Would not start. Listened to trouble shootng tips on the phone. Tried closed choke, open choke and partial choke. Still nothing. Not impressed at this point at all. Will see if customer service comes through.
