Would RecommendMany cards information And Missing something important ,for frist time users # 1 why do not included the motor oil ? Instructions say 10/30. Oil What kind oil ? Car motor oil , 4 cycles oil ? Lost revenue
Would Not RecommendProduct was only used 4 times and then locked up after only 8hrs one day and 4 hrs the next. Not sure why it locked up and piston hit the spark plug. We purchased in February and expected alot more from this unit.

Would RecommendElectrician said 8k, I got 10k. Want more power. Shipment was prompt. Delivery was a little slow but holiday and 8” of snow may have slowed things down. Was worried RL Transfer would have have tough time coming down my private road. Very relieved when I saw the driver drag the generator, on a pallet Jack, right up to the garage. No idle down feature as they advertise
I bought a 10000 watt started it and called to return it they would not take it back it was so loud and no idle down when breaker is on runs wide open so I do not recommend this unit if you want a quiet unit and I only ran it 10 min it was a 120 ft away from are cabin super loud

Works as advertised so far
Would RecommendGetting to the battery is difficult, and adding oil due to location of filler is REALLY tedious unless the generator is up on a table or rack at eye level. Other than that, it runs fine, starts right up, and runs my power tools in the field without any trouble.

Registering Generator and Finding Serial Number
I haven't started it up yet, I'll do a separate review for the check out of the generator. In getting there, though, it was very tough to get a photo or even read the etching for the generator serial number on the unit itself. I found the label on the box, but I wanted to make sure the actual etching was the same. Here is a hi-res photo. I had to put the generator on end (haven't filled it with oil or gas yet), to get the angles to even be able to read and take a photo.

Gen . Spark Plug
Ran it about 3 min. to make sure it would start up and it did . Let it set a few days and tried again and it would not start . Tried several things but no luck . Replaced the Spark plug and it ran again as it should . THE original plug went bad on just a few mins. of running .
