Bought this for my husband, hasn't had to use it yet. He started it up and like's the way it sounds and likes the electric start.

Could not find a better deal...

I bought this generator for power outages and fortunately have not had to use it yet, but I feel confident that it will do the job when the time comes. After doing some research on power and cost, this is the best deal I could find.

quality generator

Purchased for powering house during outages. However use for many applications when not used for outages. Has come in very handy for charging batteries during the exstreme cold winter in Michigan. Nice to have electric start when it's negative 16 in the morning. Packaging was a little damaged when arived however product was fine after inspection. A purchase well made.

I replaced a 3300 watt generator after experiencing numerous electricity outages (6 times in 2013). The last time was over Christmas when about half of our county was without electicity because of an ice storm, some for a week. So I decided I needed one to handle the entire home. Assembling it was easy, except for hooking up the negative wire to the battery. I received this as a gift from my girlfriend (surprise Christmas Present)- I am very impressed with this generator, has many great features and was easy to assemble! MY neighbor has now ordered one for himself! The fed ex employees were wonderful in setting up the delivery also- Great product and company

Nice generator

I received generator in a few days. It was an easy setup which only took a few minutes. After adding oil, unit started right up. A really good generator for the price. The only two additions that would make it better are an oil filter and an hour meter. Still a bargain.

Fantastic Generator

I searched for a quality generator with enough wattage to power the essentials of my home as well as being affordable. This fit the bill perfectly. It is a quality product in every aspect. I added the wheel kit (quality), put on the battery cable (a bit of a pain), filled the unit with oil (the only cheap thing is the included plastic funnel and tube but it worked), placed the unit outside filled it with fuel and stabilizer, hooked up the transfer case cable, turned the key and varoom!!! it star...

Good solid product.

I received my generator during a prolonged power outage, I unpackaged it, assembled it, put in the gas and oil and plugged it in started it up and ran my household for three solid days and I ran an extension cord to my neighbor's basement and ran her sump also. Great unit.

very impressive

I have had this for a year an a half. I have a 1500 sq ft home with a full basement. I can run my entire house with it. I also use it on my job sites. It always starts and runs extremely well. I have opened the panels and am very impressed at how well all the connections are done. This is an outstanding generator.

Best deal/Generator set for the price anywhere!

Ordered night of 12/20/13 Delivered by FEDEX Freight 12/30/13 but could have had it on the 27th if I hadn't requested lift gate delivery. FEDEX driver was great! Unpacked it, connected battery (somewhat challenging) filled the oild and it fired right up. The box marked "Wheel Kit" also contains the keys and some accessories I wasn't expecting! Looks Good, Not Yet Used

I received the generator by freight truck with a lift gate at the end of my long and difficult for large truck to maneuver driveway. The driver unloaded it to my flat trailer and then I hauled it in and begin assembly which was quite simple. While wrenches are provided there is not one for the axle bolts so make sure you have additional wrenches on hand. Very nice generator

We own a ranch with hundreds of animals and I was looking for a generator that was portable yet powerful. We have dairy cows that require milking twice daily and doing it by hand is too time consuming. Between the requirements at the barn and the many freezers at the house, I had to have something that could pull double duty. What a great machine

I've had the DuroMax 10000 for over 3 years. It powers my 3800 SQF home with 2 TV's, furnace, fridge, stove, microwave, lights, video games and even the hot water tank in no time. The 8.5 gallon tank is good for 6 to 8 hours at full load. I have been lucky to have found this machine when we needed it.
