Duromax xp10000E. Very good generator I run everything in house except central A/C&heat and install connticut energ 10 circuit transfer switch everything works well it not big deal I wish had away to keep battery tender on battery. May hook 2 wires to battery hook battery tender other that is Duromax generator has very good investment

DuroMax 8000-Watt

Runs well and makes good quality electricity. It is considerably louder than advertised, while not as loud as many others I have heard. The idle down feature only works at zero load. Mostly I am surprised at the lack of an hour meter. Really! That is a basic feature you need for maintenance. Overall I am happy with it's performance at 200 hours.

duromax 11500 generator

This a massive heavy machine. Purchase went great. Shipping company delayed shipping item. Arrived at their facility on Thursday evening. Delivered on Monday at 1:30 pm. Warehouse was only 1.5 hours away

Generator instructions

The instructions were fair. The battery ground was not connected to the battery so had to search the wire. One end is connected to the top of the generator near the exhaust. The other end connects to the battery.

Tore up for use

Had it a little over 2 months then electric went out first time using after around 14 hours quit working Lowe’s will not replace it because I had it longer than 60 days the company the duramax has had us trouble shoot for 2 days In 100 degree weather still has not replaced it!No one should have to go through this with something they spent a $1000 on

FIrst one was delivered damaged. Second one the elecric motor burn up as soon as a load was put on it. Maybe i just got a dud, but i wont be ordering a third.

Not quite as advertised I believed the unit was dual fuel; however, the unit performs very well and is much quieter than my old model

you cant go wrong

What impresses me most about this, It has set for years without running it and starts right up when I give it a little run time. Cant believe how quiet it is for a 16hp. I use a battery tender on it and the battery is the original and its been a long time since I bought it,,,Truly a good buy.

Great Generator

A year after purchasing, today we had a power outage. Wheeled this generator out, turned the key and the battery started the generator in 10 seconds !! Can't say enough. It worked when needed. Battery not charged since last year. Today just checked the oil and turned the key... That's what you need !

Quality generator

Generator shipped quickly. Well packaged. Add oil and gas and started right up. Powerful enough to run 2 roof mount with heat strips without losing any power. Great generator for the price.

Nice Generator

Some small problems with installing the feet but otherwise no problems to assemble. The generator started right up and ran with no problems. Nice looking unit.

Worth the money

Item: DuroMax 10000E; Nice blue color. Battery vibrates way too much. Shimmed it against panel with packing "foam", problem not solved but minimized. There should be a connection for ease of connecting the battery for charging when not in use. Access to the battery overall is tight. Oil fill spout difficult to reach without nearly laying flat on the ground. Location of stand "legs" cumbersome to tighten one nut. Expected more guidance and info in Operators manual. bought generator in spring of 2014 unit was damaged in shipping (frost heaves) company had repaired with no issues had a storm this summer no power for 4 days generator ran 2 fridges freezer water pump and washer plus everything else well worth the money if you need one and buy this one you will be happy
