OUTSTANDING !

My unit arrived very well packed. The wheel kit was Easy to put together,after reading the manual I filled one quart of oil, put some gasoline and connected the battery cable. I turned the starter key and it started right up. I finished wiring the house for the generator connection, tried it out and it easily handled everything I put on it. Everything in the house except the heat pump/furnace/. I would recommend this unit to anyone. I plan to run it weekly to make sure it is ready to go. Overall...

An update...

About 3 weeks after I got the generator installed we lost power for 6 hours. I started it up and it ran everything I needed for the 6 hours, using only 3 gallons of gas. I run it every Saturday to keep the battery charged. I love the peace of mind this unit gives us. My 6 year-old grandson can start it up and shut it down. If you need a generator, get this one!

Just got mine this week.

Came packed very well, love the padding. Easy to put together, used the padding to lay it over on. The oil requirement is one quart, and you will need a 5/16 socket to connect the battery cable. When cold it needs to be choked, but fires right up. After the electrician finished wiring the house for the generator connection, we tried it out and it easily handled everything I put on it. It's nice to get what you paid for !!!!

It arrived with 7 days of ordering.The shipper called to make an appt for delievery which was great.It came perfectly packaged .Opened it up read the directions and had it set up within 30 mins.Added the oil and gas then hooked up the neg cable to the battery . Pulled the choke turned the key and started right up.It ran perfectly and it's not to loud. What they don't tell you...

I purchased this on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. Much earlier that I expected. Looks great,runs great and I am in the process of testing it. However things look really good so far. The only complaint that I would have is what they don't tell you. There is no oil that is shipped with the unit. There are no cords shipped with the unit. There is however one plug (only) that was lying in the bottom of the box. Additionally there are no real guidelines as to which of the many outlets you s...

Incredible Value

I received this generator today after completing the installation of a generator transfer switch and exterior 50amp inlet. The package arrived in perfect condition with no signs of damage. The trucker carted the small pallet with a jack to the rear of the truck, to a lift gate, and set the package down right inside my garage. This was a huge help because this is a big unit. yep its cheap and good...go figure

I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price but with electric start and a decent out but and noise rating I thought I have to try this before I spend three times as much for a comprable honda product. First of this unit is heavy...and I mean really heavy...without wheels you need two big guys and with wheels its movable but with brute force and momentum unless your on flat paved ground....Which for me is not always the case. Great Value

Unit (and company) performed as advertised. Great value and effortless purchase. Common wisdom states that being prepared for a hurricane - by having a generator - keeps the storms away. Sure hope it works

Great Generator

Received Item as promised, great generator, easy to assemble, at 72 I had it ready to rock and roll in about 2 hour. Packaging was above average and with tailgate delivery I never had to touch the unit until after the driver left. Filled with oil and gas, turn on the gas valve and away it went. I back fed my main panel, hit the transfer switch and powered my whole house with hardly any surge in the generator. Perfect for the backup I wanted. Used 50a 4 wire plug, 4/c #8 cord.

I had one small issue with the initial use of this product. The engine did not run at a constant rate. Dealing with the vendor was a pleasant experience. After a small tweak to the carburetor, the engine's been running great. We get plenty of power outages in our area. This generator has already come in handy on a couple of occasions.
