Dont buy it
I got this to cut a thin piece of metal from a cabinet. From the pictures on the back it looks like it can handle a job like that, but I went through 2 wheels cutting less than an inch of thin metal. The metal part in the middle of the disk comes loose. It says on the package that they will cut for longer, but I think you'd probably need 2 metal cutting wheels for every lock you want to cut. Its weak, and poor quality.

Would RecommendIn my current job I often have to do minor repairs and fixes in recently manufactures metal furniture. These small cutting wheels work great and allow you to use a rotary tool to get into tight spaces. After looking at the individual price, I noticed a significant savings when you purchased this set. Thus far I'm happy with this purchase.

Would RecommendTheses work great. I haven't had one fail yet. Way better than the previous cut-off option from Dremel, those thin brown discs that wear down quickly and then shatter. I've used them for protruding nail heads and for cutting plastic gutter pieces.
