Low quality. Inconsistent touch feature. Waste.

Sometimes have to turn the handle on and off several times and touch it over and over to get it to come on. Frequently turns off while I'm using it and no...it isn't because it times out. May only be on for 30 seconds while I'm washing my hands. Replaced the solenoid...didn't help. Hardwired it to get around the battery issues we had. Not worth the money!!!

Worked great when it was new. Now that it's 7-8 months old the water continues to drip when shut off with the solenoid. I just took the batteries out so it will function as a normal faucet. Based on the overall rating and problems others have with this product I do not recommend spending money on this faucet.

Solenoid doesn't last 2 years

I bought this faucet in 2018 and the solenoid has died every year or two since. Each replacement solenoid lasts a maximum of 2 years and now Delta says they won't replace it.

Junk Faucet

Complete failure after four years. I had several issues with this faucet: 1. it ate batteries like crazy; 2. the magnets rusted out; 3. the touch feature finally stopped working; 4. and now the mounting base and screw rod completely rusted out and broke. At this point, the faucet is useless.

Great customer service

This Cassidy faucet came with a newly remodeled home we purchased so likely a brand new faucet. After nearly 6 years, the head of the hose would not spring back into position and was just hanging. I called Cust Svc and did not have to wait long on hold. They sent me a new part that was easy to install and problem solved. About a year later, the touch feature was not working right. Not staying on

We have been happy in the past with our faucet. All of a sudden it is turning off a couple of seconds on its own after I turned it on. I can not find trouble shooting answers or help of any kind.

Great idea but rusts out

We first got this last year. And wow it looked and worked great. Well I’m about 6 months it started to rust. Now mind you I have ocd so I even clean this. But I was shocked to see it rust so much from the head unit to the cord. And now she have a useless device that does not look or work as advertised. Now because of the rust I would not buy this. Looks and works great, then it doesn't

We have had this faucet for three months. We are now on our third set of batteries @ $20 per set. The faucet does not work when the batteries are low. My advise is do not invest the money in this touch faucet, buy the non-touch model if you like the looks.

Not bad while it worked...>

Bought two for an extensive kitchen remodel, one for main sink and one for island sink. Installed 2014. Main sink unit solenoid stuck nearly closed and aerator screen cracked & fell apart. Now I get to figure out how to convert it to non-touch and find the aerator part number. Warranty is for a carefully calculated five years.

Only lasted 7 years

I purchased this product in 2014. I liked the features but no longer works and I thought I had a lifetime guarantee. Seems I don't. To make matters worse, I have two kitchens and this one really doesn't get the workout.

Worth every penny!!!

I have had this faucet for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I will admit that I was hesitant when my wife said she wanted this fixture due to the price but boy was I wrong, it is worth every penny. Perfect Color

The only thing good about this faucet is the color. I’ve had this for about a year. When the batteries run out, it doesn’t work. So keep batteries in hand. The other issue is the touch. It doesn’t come on with touch when you need it and it goes off if you barely touch it. I’m finally replacing it. Never buy a battery operated faucet.

Great design

This is a great looking faucet, well designed, hot and cold water indicator works great. Touch technology works well, but I think it is a little too sensitive because if your pulling out the sprayer you have to be very careful were you touch it because it will shut off. Do Not Buy--Poor Flow

This product is rated at 1.8 gallons per minute. We are lucky to get 1 gallon per minute and there is not enough pressure to clean anything. It takes ages to fill a sink or even a glass of water! We have followed all of their instructions, i.e. flushing etc., and the flow has not increased.

Very Happy!

We had the Cassidy Arctic Stainless with Lumicoat and ShieldSpray installed in a kitchen update about a month ago. We are very pleased with it's performance and graceful lines. The pull down adjustable sprayer and docking work easily. The ShiedSpray is not as impressive as I'd hoped but there is less splashing.

Great form, finish, function and performance!

Touch control is a great feature! Just adjust your temperature and stream volume and you're set.

Replacement sink magnets

I contacted Delta about the sink magnet. They said it was in warranty and they sent us a replacement kit. Easy to replace. It only took me about 10 minutes to do the repair. Thank you delta for designing this so a repair can be done so easy!
