My pull-out Pfister from a big box store started leaking out the top after two years and we couldn't get the handle to come off. Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI was extremely disappointed with the various spray features of the Cassidy with Spray Shield. The stream is extremely narrow, the spray is almost useless because there is a large gap in the middle since the spray only comes out either side, and I don’t really see the point of the Spray Shield. After paying an exorbitant amount for the faucet and to have it installed, I am going to have to pay yet again to replace the spray head with one that does not have spray shield.

Would RecommendI had my kitchen remodeled about a year ago. The faucet looks like the day it was installed. It works flawlessly. It does what it is supposed to do. We have hard water but it doesn't have any white residue and cleans up easily. I have a 30 inch apron sink and can clean every bit of it simply. Easy install
Would RecommendWorks well, you will need normal water pressure to get the water blast feature to work correctly though. We are on a well and the water shield around the blast stream just splashes everywhere instead of preventing it.

Good looks and great features
Would RecommendI've had this for 3 weeks now. I love the precision feel of the handle. I can set the exact temperature needed unlike the kind that work like a joystick. The pull down head stays put with a strong magnet then releases with a light quarter turn in either direction. No need to yank on it like many other brands. The finish cleans up with soap and water. Only thing I would change would be the pex hot and cold lines for braided stainless.
