Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this faucet and after installing , could not wait to test it out! I love that the head detaches and I can reach all parts of my sink! The water pressure is perfect also! It is just enough of a stream to not splash everywhere! I also love that it is easier to control than the old one I had. I absolutely love this new kitchen faucet and it looks so much nicer than the other one I had! Simply, AMAZING!!!!

Delta Shield Spray

Delta is made to last. Their parts are quality and our entire home has Delta. Their customer service quickly shipped a part to us for our kitchen faucet that was leaking. It was easy to fix.

Has alot of power and the sprayer doesn't splash all over the place the quality is excellent. The stainless steel is so easy to clean and it shines.

Beautiful faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Single Handle Pulldown Kitchen Faucet by Delta model no. 9197-AR-PR-DST. It is a beautiful piece that adds class to my kitchen. The buttons on the pull down faucet gives this model different features that normal pull down faucets do not have. I really like this part.

Delta Cassidy faucet

The faucet works awesome with the shield spray This is the coolest new feature because the water isn’t going all over the place. I would recommend this to any DIY person. Class up your kitchen

No more having water spraying all over the place. It really makes my kitchen look classy and all together now. My wife loves how it has the spray attachment that you can pull down. Wish I kept my Kohler

This was the faucet that my kitchen remodel company provided us with. They said it was superior to what we had.

Great appearance and funtional

This pull down faucet is very easy to keep clean, the 3 sprays work as advertised, and it has a lifetime warranty. I previously had a pull out faucet and the pull down design is easier to use and very easy to redock.

The magnet will not stop from rusting out.

The magnet lasts about 2 years. After the 5 year warrenty it will be a costly ongoing repair!

Low to no water pressure at all

We installed this at the end of May and have really started using it in the past couple of months. The water pressure in the tiny stream of water it puts out is not even enough to properly wash a dish or rinse out the sink. We've cleaned out the screens numerous times and just a tiny spec of anything will clog it. This faucet was very expensive and recommended by the plumbing supply house. I fear I have no choice but to spend more money and replace it.

Art over Function?

Don't get me wrong, this is a great faucet, and I particularly like the Spray-Shield technology; it works great. The spray, however, is lacking. The sprayer assembly has the single stream, spray and blast functions, but the designers chose to split the spray into two, small areas, 180° from each other. That renders the spray far less effective than it could have been, had the assembly into three zones instead.

Looks and works great

We did a complete kitchen remodel and wanted a tall faucet with a self-contained sprayer to complement the new stainless steel farm sink. This one fits the requirements perfectly. We like the three flow options from the faucet nozzle - stream, spray, and protected high pressure spray.

Great features!

I bought this faucet recently for my kitchen remodel. I had great success with a previous Delta purchase so I decided to stay with the same brand. I love the Spray Shield feature in this faucet! It does what it says about not splashing and removes food off the dishes completely.
