Great quality shower head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this delta modern monitor series 14 with showercan free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review of it. I am beyond thrilled with how beautiful this is going to look once my bathroom renovation is completed. I did have to redo my whole faucet for install but it was rather easy. I was surprised that the pressure was as good as it was with the head but I am pleased.

I liked that the rain shower was not too close to the wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This delta shower head and a trim hand shower is very helpful having small children and older in laws It’s so easy to give them showers without splashing water everywhere. I would recommend this product to any one with children or not. So relaxing just standing under the shower head with right water pressure. Installation seemed little hard for me so we got a plumber and he fixed it in no time.

Versatility at its finest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gifted this to my parents who are re-doing their bathroom and they are so happy with it. They have been wanting a rainfall shower head and this certainly exceeded expectations. They like that it also has the hand shower which allows for easy use of giving the dog a shower as well.

Very well made and elegant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nicest shower system I’ve ever seen! It is so very well made! It’s very elegant. It gave my bathroom a nice update! It cleans off super easy. My husband said it was easy to install.

Difficult installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this- but didn’t realize you needed to literally take apart your wall in order to put it together. Really difficult installation. Once put inside the wall and wired- it has good water pressure and I love the handle. The chrome gets water marks as expected.

Missing Piece

Delivered with a missing piece. Lowe’s offered zero help except for returning the item and ordering another which will delay the project by more than a week. Disappointed in the item and the customer service.

Color is gorgeous but be ready for some up keep.

I love the Delta champagne bronze color. Its not yellow like a gold, its a soft brown. Just like the picture shows. But it does grab the oil from your touch leaving finger prints. Therefore i rate it a 4. After some investigating on line i find vinegar and water should remove those prints. So if you have children this is not a finish for you. Too much up keep. The trick is to wipe with a dry cloth after each use. I don't mind because i love it and no one uses it but me.

Inspect your products if you buy from Lowe's

The item itself is well rated and looking forward to having it installed. The first one came in packaging that was clearly opened before. Some of the parts were not even wrapped. The second item (delivered late) seemed to be wrapped well, but the faceplate of the shower was dented. I called Delta directly and the helped me.

Misrepresented Item

Nice picture showing a handheld shower wand. Suprise, it is not included with this purchase. Only the valve and shower head. You got it back. Wasn't worth the wait. The box it came in showed the same picture without the handheld part. Would have been obvious if it was available in the store and one did not need to depend on published misleading online ads.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. SPECS ARE WRONG!

Do not purchase this product unless you want to wait countless hours on the phone with Lowe's trying to get a resolution to a problem that you will never arrive at. The product specifications state that the diverter has integral stops, which are necessary in order to install the included diverter and only have a handheld shower and rain head shower (exactly the way the set is sold). The third valve needs to be closed in order to pass plumbing inspection and cannot be properly closed because, unl...

The best shower head ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower head is amazing. It has changed showers for me and as a mom, sometimes that’s my only peaceful place. I love the fact that it feels like rain and it’s so relaxing after a stressful day

Modern design
