Very disappointing shopping experience. One package arrived opened and broken, with no protective cushion inside. The second package was also in poor condition, with parts scattered loosely in the box. Both items were poorly packaged and clearly not handled with care.

Plumber cursed a lot installing but worth it

The plumber we hired hated this install. He was a professional with 30+ years experience and he cursed up a storm putting it in. But you know what? This thing is a thing of beauty. Great water pressure, love the rainhead and love the little wand. No regrets on this purchase, would have installed all over again. But hire a plumber and get earplugs for the tsunami of curse words that will be yelled during the install.

Excellent Rain Head Shower Fixture from Delta

Quality fit and finish on the brushed nickel finish. My old shower head must have been clogged. The water pressure on the rain head is excellent. My contractor forgot to adjust the hot water stop/mix properly shower was barely warm. It was an easy adjustment by removing the handle and moving the stop on the mixer valve. Water pressure from sprayer seems a little light but is fully functional. Recommended for a bathroom remodel.

Great product for the price

It is very lightweight and matches nicely with the hardware in our bathroom.

Overall satisfied

Nothing disatisfying with the product. It's exactly what Iwanted. I had to order the item as it was not stocked in the store I visited. This was while the contractor was remodeling my bathroom. When the item arrived it was in the manufacturers box. The tape sealing the box was broken. I opened the box to determine if anything was missing. Some things I could tell were in original packing. One smaller box inside contained loose parts, "O" rings, manifold stems, etc. I couldnt determine if anythi...

I love the design and the water pressure on both the overhead as well as the handheld shower heads were great. I also love the fact that it has lifelong warranty.

I have not been able to use it yet because finding someone to hook it up for me has been hard because of the holidays and everyone was busy. I am hoping to have it installed by next week. Easy Shower Upgrade

It does require some handy skills but everything is labeled and explained in the instructions. The size of the shower head is big and the water pressure is good too.

Beautiful shower head!

Diverter handle

The diverter handle is not diverting the water to the shower wand. It stops the water from running to the shower head when the handle is turned to the left. Our contractor thinks the diverter valve is defective. I can send a video of the faulty valve. Can Delta send me a replacement part? Once it is replaced and the diverter valve is working properly, I will update this review. Thank you

Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye

Wanted a seperate rainfall shower head and handheld (that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye) from a quality brand without breaking the bank and this product fits that bill. Instructions for installation were easy enough for even a non-plumber to complete the installation

Nice Solid Shower System

Modern slick looking shower system. Solid build quality. It comes with Delta R22000 rough-in valve which it's easier to do maintenance if needed. I got a shorter angled shower arm as I don't like the head shower faucet directly on top.

Sleek Updated Hardware for Any Shower

Nice quality product

I loved the quality of the product and how well it was packaged.

Bad product

Bad product, the valve is all plastic I would stay away at all costs. The valve broke and caused a flood. It caused a flood throughout our whole first floor.
