Pretty but needs redesigned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the valve and the shower head is a good size. The diverter is nice. I wish the diverter had a 3 setting so I could use the hand held and the shower head at the same time. It’s either wand or the rain shower head.

Great delta quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this rain shower head. Great for rinsing and overall use. I appreciate the stream pressure and the chrome finish. It’s delta standard but feels as luxe and polished nickel. The handspray attachment has a nice weight to it.

Individual head and hand only

This is a beautiful shower head. The color is perfect and timeless and for the price the complete set is perfect. I HIGHLY dislike how you can only use the shower head OR the handheld sprayer individually. For the two separate mounts you’d assume you could use them separately but you can’t leaving you standing in the cold while the handheld heats up. Overall very beautiful and and functional except for the seperate heads.

turns itself on.

installed the part, everything works fine, then after a day or two starts leaking, then is fully on after a while. when in to double check if installed correctly, it was put it back together this time wrenched it down instead of snug same exact problem. Did this many different ways over a couple weeks, same problem over and over.

Easy installation and even easier cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower set came at the perfect time. The overall feel of the product is very luxurious and the shower is very easy to control. Water pressure is not too strong but also not to weak. Water flows with no issues and installation was incredibly easy. I also like how the shower head is adjustable and that it comes with a separate washer for your body. Super amazing, we absolutely love it!!

Love the style

This makes the third Delta Monitor 14 series system we have installed in this bathroom and having the existing system was beneficial for parts of this installation. My partner installed this over the weekend. He is very handy and while he said the instructions were great, he did need to look up something on YouTube. Would recommend this for professionals ...

Durable, elegant and wonderful shower set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product comes in a well packaged box with a detailed instruction manual. It is a little challenging to install but with right instruments it is possible. The shower is made with strong material which should make it very durable. The big rain can is definitely the best thing and I loved using it. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Great product crappy shipping/delivery

The item is as promised. Too bad the expected delivery was NOT and customer service is not truthful. The expected delivery date was 11/04 and they shipped it on 11/03 (It was ordered on 10/29). Can’t wait for the bathroom to be completed. We were waiting for the item to complete the renovation project.
