Would RecommendThis is our first super automatic coffee machine and we love it! The milk frother does a good job as long as it’s clean. (Vs being lazy and not cleaning for the afternoon cup) only complaint would be water capacity but we also use it for tea which is putting us at refilling 1.5 times per day with around 4-5 coffees and 2 teas. Oh it also doesn’t say when it’s low on beans which is annoying if you run out mid cup. Then it’s a waste of those ground beans. We also haven’t had success with the pregr...

Broke right out of the box float megangsim is defect resulting in a non functional machine. The machine thinks its empty when you fill tank with water and float wont trigger the electronics to tell it has water. This never made 1 drop of espresso and just in time for Christmas.

Works great but has odd taste
Would RecommendSo far everything is working good. The coffee grind and drink does not taste right and I will stick with my French press and drip coffee. Espresso drinks have an off taste to them as well. The lattes and latte machiattos turn out great, perhaps because the odd taste is covered by the milk and added flavor. Coffee powder/grinds operation
Would RecommendThe machine is fantastic. The one issue is that it is very sensitive to adding coffee powder. If barely too much is added, it will cause an error even if the machine is turned ON first for a couple of minutes. A better design would be to control the amount of powder that is needed so that the powder reservoir can be filled up more.
