Product issues!! Help!!
Would Not RecommendI bought this about a year and a half ago. No problems until recently. Now the “puck” bin fills up with excess water, and coffee is no longer in puck form. Appears there may be an internal, inaccessible leak as well. I asked for service communication a few days ago, and no response. For the equipment cost, and date of purchase this is unacceptable. Product was great before this water fill up issue.
