Waste of money, waste of water, waste of time...

Waste of money, waste of water, waste of time... this machine always need to clean itself and finally the water tank is always empty and NO working so the coffee is cut by the middle and need to make a now one. Never again with DeLonghi, this is for sure.

Solid Machine, But Disappointed with Milk Carafe

Overall, I’m pleased with the performance of the Magnifica Evo. The flexibility to use both whole beans and pre-ground coffee is a big plus, and the machine delivers consistently good results. However, I’m quite disappointed with the durability of the LatteCrema Milk Carafe. For a product in this price range, I expected better quality. As an espresso lover, this machine is professional, easy to use from start to finish, and the quality of the espresso is without compare! Delicious Coffee at the push of a button!

We wanted an easy efficient way to make espresso drinks at home without having to get a PHD. This machine has more than delivered on that and the drinks are on par if not better than a coffee shop. We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking!

Have had our machine for a few weeks now. So far we love it and so have our guests. It makes a great coffee and espresso. Waiting for summer to work the cold function. Haven't tried the frother yet, but plan to give it a try soon.

Perfect for automatically making drinks easily

I purchased this in January 2025 and so far I am more than happy with this product. The setup and use instructions are very helpful and detailed. Clean up is relatively easy and I like some of the milk volume flexibility for lattes and cappuccinos if you have a certain amount you like to use. I would buy this again as it meets my needs including making just regular coffee by the cup. Not reccomended

I have had two milk frothers stop frothing milk since I purchased this. The ease of use is why I decided to buy it. Not worth your money

Life changing

All around amazing unit and is to use. So many selections with so many ways to brew your selections. Just wish the reservoir was bigger. Way less hassle after making a cup so I rarely have to deal with grounds. I don’t go to coffee shops on my way to work anymore so the investment pays for itself!

You can do lattes and ice espresso

I bought this two weeks ago and am so happy with my purchase. It was worth every cent. I was very skeptical at first, but the quality and taste of the coffee were excellent. I will be saving money by not going to Starbucks.

Love it

We love this product! Makes great coffee and has the ability to adjust for your taste. My girls love the hot water feature for their tea and hot coco. Only issue is the cleaning feature using so much water before and after each use but not sure you can get around that if you don’t want issues with taste or cleanliness.

Good…except the frother….

We like this machine, but it took some time to learn the kinks. For example, my husband prefers to just use the espresso setting and add water rather than using the coffee button. Using ground coffee can sometimes cause the machine to get mixed up in the process and error out rather than brew. Those are things we’ve learned and adjusted.
