What Customers Are Saying
This diamond grinding wheel is an effective tool for quickly grinding and smoothing concrete surfaces. It is described as durable and aggressive, able to remove tough materials like old tile adhesive and paint. However, it does create significant dust, so using it with a dust shroud or shop vac is highly recommended. Some users noted it can leave grinding marks if not used carefully, and that it is an expensive tool. Overall, this is a powerful and effective concrete surface preparation tool, but users should be prepared for the mess and take proper safety precautions.

I used this wheel to remove 2 layers of paint from my patio. Took 2 days to remove 240sqft, but all the solvents I tried just made a mess. Definitely a better choice.
Does a Great Job, Makes a HUGE Mess!
Would RecommendThis wheel does a fantastic job on concrete: Smooths it down in no time and the wear is acceptable. The problem is that you don't appreciate how much of a mess (dust) it makes until you go to clean up. The dust is very fine, stay airborne for a long time and gets EVERYWHERE. It *might* help to wet the surface first...wish I had tried that, but in the end, it got the job done.

AWESOME !
Would RecommendBought this to not only remove adhesive on top of a slab of concrete but to level and refurbish the concrete surface as well. Was a bit skeptical at purchase time but after about a half an hour of use this tool is incredible ! Went WAY above my expectations ! It ate away the adhesive without effort or problem and smoothed and leveled the surface too ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !

emove Glue from outdoor carpeting job
Would RecommendOld carpet was removed and the old glue was dry and tough.. This tool did a very good job of cleaning the concrete back to a nice smooth finish. Warning though it is a dusty job to say the least. You need a good strong fan to blow the dust away and wear a good respirator mask and goggles for eye protection. Nasty job but someone had to do it. Without a tool like this it would have been a very difficult job.
Grinder wheel for removing glue from concrete.
Would RecommendI was looking for a chemical or tool to remove carpet glue from concrete in preparation for ceramic tile. I removed 90% of the brown stuff with a manual floor scraper that I purchased. It was tuff on my back to say the least plus the periodic blade sharpening. It did the job. Still I was left with residual glue. I was hesitant to use any toxic chemical for this, only as a last resort. Upon reading some online reports and reviews I spent the $50 on this diamond wheel. It fit my Millwalkee grind...
Safer and faster than cable twist wire wheels.
Would RecommendI had to grind off 25-year old construction adhesive left after removing faux foam ornamentation from 3 stucco'd pillars. After an hour, I was bleeding from 3 puncture wounds caused by embedded wire bristles in my forehead, arm and leg, and, I had only cleaned up about 15SQFT of surface when the bristles wore down to nothing. The Lowes sales rep suggested this pricier diamond wheel. Wow! In an hour, I completed another 80 SQft of surface, no brush splinters, and the wheel was only about 40% ...
Made easy work of a tough job.
Would RecommendThe associate recommended using this to remove the remaining adhesive after pulling up a tile floor. Made a cloud of dust, but made an easy job of removing a tough substance and saved a lot of time.
Decent fishing
Would RecommendThe disk worked as it was supposed to but it is really easy to over grind with it. Take your time and apply light pressure. It's pretty aggressive and little leave grinding marks if not careful.
