Door replacement

I used Presto Patch where I had a 3/8th in. sheet rock meeting a plaster wall. I built up and feathered toward plaster and it came out great. I am a DYI'er and I couldn't be happier with this product. It went on smooth,dried nicely, sanded easily and when I finished with joint compound it looked great.

Mine was damaged- returned

The seal on mine didn’t work and it ended up unusable. Props to Lowe’s team for the easy return. Ended up getting a local product because there aren’t any Lowe’s near my house and returning it. I’d assume if it’s not damaged it would work great!

Textured Patio Floor Repair

The floor on my patio is a lightweight concrete decorative stamp on top of concrete slab. I chose Presto Patch to fill log cracks that developed. I chip out loose material and opened the crack to accept a decent amount of material. Presto Patch was easy to work with to mimic the decorative pattern. After drying I sanded and painted without issue. Its has been 8 months and I have not experienced any flaking or deterioration, its holding up well under foot traffic.

It's like working with rubber infused peanut butter. 1/8" takes 2 days to dry.

Did exactly what it stated. Leveled a giant hole in some wallboard!

Used to “German smear”

Used this to German smear an indoor brick wall. Worked very well and turned out as expected!

Pick something else

As a contractor, I used this product for some drywall repair and cannot overstate how disappointing the material is. Application was around a 1/4 thick and this stuff sagged terribly. Small holes that were adjacent to the patch that I would normally spackle emptied down the wall when filled with presto patch. 24 hours later, the patch is still soft. Pick something else.

Didn't get hard enough when dry! Moving fridge on it make mark on the floor.

Too runny

I read the label and I thought it was good for patching a hole in plaster. It just runs out of the hole, took it back and got plaster of Paris, but apparently Lowes doesn't carry a good plaster wall patch. Not that I can find at least.

I would this a freind

It works fine shapes and sands easy. I have used it for many things. I put up crown moulding in dinning room and living room. One wall was very crooked so I made a templet out of masonite. And made a sweep till I got the shape. It worked fine. My only complaint with storage it has gotten mouldy black and I am afraid to use it.

first time buyer. covering old flooring, with 3/4 inch plywood. filling cracks dents before and after. has worked easy and great!!!
