Very goopy and smells terrible
Would Not RecommendI think I must have picked up a tub of this that was sitting on the Lowe's floor for a long, long time. I opened it up and it smelled like burnt rotten eggs, if you can imagine that smell. It was awful. I put my mask on and applied one layer, but I could not handle the smell! I took off the layer I had done and sprayed the drywall with a bleachy mixture to get rid of it. The research I did online mentioned that the compound mixture may have spoiled and gotten moldy and rotten. I don't know what ...

This is the first time I used this product. It's a bucket of expensive garbage. Mine was not soupy like others expressed. It was of a thick consistency. I normally use the powder version of this product. It is terrible to spread. Was sticking to mud knife and pulling off surface I was patching. Dry time is forever. Creating a skin while drying and cracked all over. The powder version is far more superior than this. You can mix it to your preference, bonds to just about anything, spreads smoothly...

Fast drying
Would RecommendMaterial spread nicely but within a few seconds it was drying and a second floating stroke would make it stick to the trailing edge of the knife and pull up material off the floor or out of the small holes. Maybe adding a little water would have made it a little more workable. Cleanup was easy.
