The bread maker got quite a work out over the holidays, making loaves on consecutive days, and even up to 3 loaves in one day, and it consistently performed well! We especially love the "last minute loaf" feature that bakes a loaf start to finish in one hour. The only slight disappointment is that there does not seem to be much difference between how each setting actually functions. Would RecommendThis is the best bread maker I have ever had. I only have 1 complaint which is that there is not an on/off switch. You have to plug it in to turn on and unplug to turn off. Otherwise, it kneads/ proofs and bakes breads amazing! If you are new or experienced with bread makers, this one is perfect!

I love this breadmaker! My other Cuisiart died after 13 years. This one is very similiar, but has a better recipe book. I prefer the horizonal bread pan rather than the vertical one. I had to return the first one I received because the "clips" that hold the pan were too strong - very difficult to clip and unclip. But this one is perfect!
