Would RecommendThe reason for the 4 is the recipes. They are easy enough to follow, however the end product is not always as desired. I have done my own research to improve the quality of what I bake and wish that some of these hacks would have been included in the recipe book. For Example: The Cinnamon Swirl Bread: Still a work in progress on my part, however the hacks to help keep the swirl and loaf together instead of having a big gap in the bread.
