The reason this did not get 5 stars is because I bought one and it ruined 4 different loaves of bread. I sent it back. I ordered another and the second one works great.

Would RecommendLove the 2 lb. setting. Wish the rapid bake worked for 2 lb., not just 1 & 1.5 settings. Would like them to provide a cinnamon raisin bread recipe where ingredients can just be added in, not requiring dough to be removed & rolled out. I created my own using the whole wheat setting with less wheat flour & added in needed ingredients. Medium & dark settings over bake the bread, must use the light one or bread is almost burnt. Bakes well, good crust!
Would RecommendIt's working very well, and makes a good crispy crust. I think it bakes a 1.5 lb loaf a little better with a more thorough baking and consistency than the 2lb loaf. But overall I really like it.
