Perfect golden toast!
Would RecommendMy old toaster died, so I knew I had the chore of trying to pick a new one from the multiple brands. Luckily, I visited my friends and at breakfast, they had a stack of perfectly golden toast! I asked what toaster they used. She said they had had it 20 years and it was a Cuisinart!! I immediately ordered one on line, and now I am making perfectly golden toast too!

Replacement of toaster
I purchased this toaster based on the previous model that had a similar model number. I figured this was the u-new model number for the same older toaster and I was right. The old one only lasted 30-40 years and new one toasts better with easy to use settings. I probably wont last as long as the new toaster LOL

Funny story, real issue
This model does not have cool sides. I live in fear of re-entacting the morning I accidentally pushed a loaf of white bread against the toaster and it became tattooed with plastic reverse of the logo that said "rednoW".

Good toaster, one design problem
Would RecommendCuisinart is a good brand, so of course the toaster is good, handsome, and well made. My only problem is that if the piece of bread I insert is not big enough, the toaster does not pop it up enough for me to grab it. Instead, I have to get hot mits and reach in to pull it up.
