Regrettable Purchase
Would Not RecommendRegrettably I wouldn't make this purchase again, the exterior gets too hot to touch when being used and not all the elements internally get hot. My feeling is that for the money I'm disappointed with the purchase and wish it could be returned. I took the toaster back to the point of purchase but they told me that since it had been used they would not take it back. I'm stuck for now every morning with a toaster that is a disappointment hoping it will fail so I can go shopping for another.

Toasts unevenly
Would RecommendThis was a gift to replace a toaster that was toasting unevenly (one side darker than the other). It took several tries to get desired darkness level. Once level was reached on one side it was discovered that the other side was lighter.
