What Customers Are Saying

The product offers a large capacity and programmable settings that make cooking easy, resulting in good results for soups, stews, and other dishes. However, many users report issues with the product's durability, including the ceramic bowl or insert cracking or breaking within 1-3 years of use. Some also find the low setting runs too hot, causing food to burn, and the non-stick coating wears off quickly. While the product can be effective when working well, the consensus is that it may not be as long-lasting as expected.

great crock-pot

Would Recommend

I love my crock-pot. I had an old one that was around 10 years old and the programming buttons would stick. I figured I needed a new one. I like the fact that it is black. ( old one was white ) same size as my old one but it had a great sealed cover. Old one did not have that.

Poor quality!

Just when warranty ran out, stone wear cracked during cooking!  Having owned several through the years, I've never had one crack while cooking!  Had to pay 1/2 the price of a new crockpot for a replacement stone wear.

Home cooked real meals again.

Would Recommend

So, I grabbed this 7 QT up and could not be happier. As a busy single Dad, this is now providing 4 of 7 dinners each week simply because I can load up the stoneware the night before. In the morning I just pull the loaded stoneware out of the refrigerator and drop it in the pot, set it and when I come home dinner is ready.

Best Crockpot

My husband and I got this as a wedding gift almost three years ago. He uses it at least 2-3 times every week for meal prep and it's so convenient and easy to use. It cooks evenly and he loves being able to set the timer and not worry about things getting over cooked. We have had no issues with any malfunctions, rust, or any other issues described by other reviews. The only issue we've had is that I recently dropped the lid and it shattered! Luckily they offer a replacement for a very fair and re...

Plastic top handles cracked

Nice pot but the lock on handle crack when I dropped it on the floor - I think it should be more durable than that. The handles are light plastic

Crockpot cooks fine

Would Not Recommend

But in less than a year the lid has rust that wen cooking the steam makes it run in to your food. Now I have paid an extra (with shipping) to have a new lid sent almost 1/2 of what a whole new crock pot costs!
