Can you please make the lids more durable? I dropped mine as I was removing it from the package and ended up sweeping it up. Even though this was my fault I was disappointed that it shattered after one drop. However it was easy to order a replacement lid.

Easy to Clean

Love the way it cooks my food! However, I cracked my stoneware and find there is no 7 quart replacement at your on-line site.

Time saving tool!

I received my Crock Pot just a week ago and have used it three times so far. I love how easy it is to use and how wonderful my meals have turned out. Best purchase I've made so far this year.

Pretty darn good crock

Cooks great and the countdown function with LCD display is a very nice and handy feature. It really adds clarity to what your meal timing. There are a few things though that I feel could be improved on: - No cooking done alarm. When the countdown timer is done, it switches to keep warm but does not beep to indicate that your meal is ready. - No crock handles. The pot itself is the same size as the heating vessel. Burns Then Cracks

Very disappointing. Burned food which stuck to pot even on low setting. Crock insert began cracking after a few uses, and completely cracked through after less than 20 been unable to replace crock for quite awhile. Not what I expected after using a slow cooker for years.

Sloppy fit and loose parts

I bought this a month ago and in the crock pot fits very loosely in the outer shell. The lid also is very sloppy on top and hard to get a good seal. One of the top clasps is not tight to the lid for a solid hold. To be honest it just isn't near the quality of my last 6-quart crock pot. The only part I really like is the size of it.

Ceramic failure

This Crock Pot was reliable until a hairline crack developed in the ceramic. Once discovered, it explains why I had drops of liquid leak through and burn, something that has never happened to me with a Crock Pot. This was very concerning to me, especially on an appliance that is left on for long periods of time. I have stopped using this Crock Pot until I secure a new ceramic.

Everything I've come to love about Crock-Pot

After recently having a tonsillectomy, it has more than exceeded my expectations. I was able to make enough chicken broth to get me through recovery.

Great features!

I Love this crock-pot! The 7 qt. size is great for a big batch of stew or a lot of soup! Works great - keeps food on warm without burning. Great product.

Great for travel!

I love my new Crock-Pot! It's great for potluck dinners where I can easily transport the pot with the attachable lid.

Disappointed

I use this product frequently and was really happy with it at first. But recently, the ceramic bowl cracked while cooking, this was after one of the locking devices became disconnected and dangles when not engaged.

This is an old version & not programmable. Don't buy
