LOVE THE FEATURES!

I had one of these in the past and broke the insert. I couldn't live without another one so I purchased the exact same one, but this time I bought the carrying case with it.

Works great

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my mom. It is almost exactly the same as her previous one, it was just time for a new one. I like the timer and locking lid especially. I don’t remember the first dish made in it, but there were potatoes and we had them cooking for 7 hours on low and they still were not done. We know next time to cook them on high or longer.

A VERY GOOD CROCK POT!

This was a christmas gift for my wife. She used it for New Years and she loved the easy use and handling of the Crock pot. She said it cooked evenly and was not that hard to setup the cook time and that it was light.

10/10 would buy again

Totally love this slow cooker, just watch out to not let your food get too hot!

Works great

I have had the crockpot for two years and it cooks great. I have taken great care of it however i was extremely disappointed when the ceramic instert cracked. It was not dropped all i was trying to do was wash it. It just cracked as i was rinsing it.

Used it the first day. It was awesome. One suggestion...design flaw...the lock down top is flimsy and delicate. If you are careful it works perfectly...just be careful as the metal clips are not secure.

Burns food

I have had mine for 3 years now and can not leave for the day with this model because it runs too hot and burns my food, even on keep warm setting.

This crock pot was a gift and after l 1 year it's broken will not buy this product again

love that it goes into warm mode by itself.

great for when your running late. cooks all day then keeps warm. Only had it 1 week and we've found 3 major flaws. 1st. seal is VERY THIN. cannot get a good seal. Because 2 ..the locking handles do not lock down tight. I found out about no. 2 because my cat can unlatch and take off the lid.

Died after 9 months :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas present and have used it for the last months only to have it die this morning. I love this crockpot but very sad to see it has died!!

This crockpot was great while it lasted, but it stopped working nine months after we bought it.

The BEST Crockpot you can buy!

I recently purchased this crockpot and I love it!. The cooking time, based on the recipes that I've tried, is dead on. I also love the keep warm setting because I don't have to worry about overcooking a meal. One of the best features is the lock down lid. This allows you to transport the crockpot without worrying about spillage. Plus by purchasing the crockpot directly from the vendor I saved about $20!

Didn't know what I was missing till now!

I had a big problem with my last Crock-Pot, it heated up too hot, even on low things were getting over cooked or burn. So I bought the programmable and what a difference. I just made pork ribs in it yesterday and they came out perfect! I put the ribs in and set the Crock-Pot on low for 4 hrs. When the 4 hrs were done it went to warm and kept the ribs hot for another hr until we were ready to eat. I would highly recommend this product to others. Great size

I bought this seven quart cooler to accomodate large roasts.

Great features for our family!

I had a crock pot with a melted control panel and insert that cracked. Instead of replacing the stoneware, I decided to upgrade to a larger size and one with features more conducive for our cooking styles. I love the snap lid for travel. A must! And I got the largest size (I believe). We have a family of six and this is perfect for roasts and veggies all in one pot. I also make chicken broth from scratch. Cooked food beautifully
