Would RecommendStraw mulch is really helping our battle with black spot on our roses! Also the squirrels don't like walking on it in our raised bed veggie gardens. Saved our cucumbers! Will use it in the future.

Would Not Recommendadvertised as 99 percent clean…after going through 35 bags or so, my estimate is around 70 percent. Lots of sticks, and giant pine cones. Shame on the company, and shame on Lowe’s for allowing them to make this outrageous claim.

Would RecommendYes, pine needles STAY IN PLACE. They last about one season like mulch. BUT they weigh way less! So a 65 year old lady can easily handle carrying 2 bales at a time. Yes, it does cover 80 sf. Love it.
