Suprised!

I bought this after getting the Big Easy for Christmas. Boy was I suprised how great it works. Everything comes out better than you expect Perfect shish kabob & greaseless BBQ ribs.

I am not the best cook on a grill in these parts. Oh, I can grill a steak, but no one would ever mistake me for an outdoor chef. This Big-Easy(purchased Jan 12) cooker is absolutely the best thing for us less than average outdoor cooks that I`ve seen. I did some ribs last week using the rib hooks, a good rub, and about 68 min of time, and they were the best I have ever eaten! Wow! Just put on the rub, hang them in the rack and go do whatever you want to do. Come back at the set time and take off...

Great features

Have used our char broil 2 times,one to cook a 12lb turkey and once to cook a 10lbs pork roast, and I've got to say,meat was cooked to perfection, I used rub recipes that came in the enclosed book ,so tasty, both turkey and roast were very juicy. .best buy I've made in a l9ng time.Actually very easy to use and clean.highly recommend

Terrific product. We also bought the accessory kit. We have coded a turkey, ribs and a pork roast. Everything was moist and tender as well as delicious.

Now I can do a whole lot more with my Big Easy!

Before I got this accessory kit, all I used my Oil-less fryer for was to fry turkeys. Now I've done leg quarters, kabobs and ribs. And everything comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just like God intended! Thanks Charbroil.

Seems expensive for what it is. So far not used.

The fryer is great and works well. The cook book is just not worth wat was paid for it.

Have used the rib hangers and wing racks so far,,both do a great job and made cooking easier, hope to use other cooking parts very soon....

Easy cookin

Thanksgiving turkey was great.16#s 2hours and 40 minutes.Moist on inside crisp on outside,chicken the same.Prime rib is next,can't wait.Best investment I've made.

Doesn't fit basket for 3 in 1

The leg racks are sized for the old Big Easy. The newer 3 in 1 has a larger basket so the radius for the leg rack doesn't match. I was able to do a batch of legs by using the rib hook to secure the free end of the rack, but it isn't the best solution.

Camping with the Big Easy,GREAT

we have had our BIG EASY about two months, just cooked a boston butt pork, smoked it.mouth watering good, just great.

Not for 3 in 1

Leg racks don't fit the smoker roaster grill. Thought I was getting a deal with the boneless hooks included. Still worth it, might be able to bend the wire out or use a support wire.

Great conversation piece

I bought the Big Easy at Christmas. I'm 66 years old and don't like handling oil or having to do al the cleanup. The Big Easy eliminates that and the 22 piece Accessory Kit really allows for more and better cooking.

Char-Broil inferred is the only way to go!!! I will never go back to standard grilling. Meat is always tender even if it is well done. Thanks for making me the Queen of out door cooking in our neighborhood.
