Chrome plate comes off
This would be a great product however Char-Broil cut corners with this product. One would assume these are stainless steel formed racks but unfortunately that's not the case. These are copper wire formed racks with chrome plating which comes off apparently if you clean them. Copper is not a food safe metal to cook on. Why would Charbroil sell a chrome plated product? I bought two sets of these for cooking chicken wings and I'm disappointed.
