A great grill

The grill itself works great! Love the infrared burners. I did not like that it was dented when I picked it up and realized it was missing the drip tray and the griddle was rusted when I got home. I did get a discount for the dents so that made it a little better. But the missing and rusted parts??? Come on Lowe’s, this wasn’t a cheap grill….do better.

This grill is a gorgeous new addition to our grill Collection! It does everything!! Gas, charcoal, burner, 15 steaks at once? Sure! It easily cooks for our family of 5 all at one time!

Great Grill but missing grease cup

This grill is the perfect smaller size grill/Griddle combo. Griddle is heavy duty and heats up fast. Grill was delivered without the grease cup which was disappointing.

Great BBQ griddle drain needs to be moved

Love that it has a griddle with it. The problem is the drain for the griddle is poorly placed over an opening to the bottom of the BBQ.

Store - great; delivery -very bad

Product is exactly what we wanted. Warehouse and delivery was awful. JB Hunt should lose their contract with assembly and delivery for Lowe’s. They tried to deliver three times and each time our product was damaged. They were terrible to work with and we ended up calling the store back who in turn was able to help us.
