I’ve owned a charbroil commercial grill for years, I’d love to purchase a new one either 3 burner of 4. Guess what, I don’t need a griddle! My kids gave me a 36 inch griddle for Father’s Day! Now I find out that I have to buy the griddle also, nope, going to try another brand I guess.

Grill works great and enjoy having the versatility of the flattop. I have the charcoal trays and plan to break those in this weekend.

Missing parts, Gas Leak and warped Griddle

I've been a long time charbroil owner and I'm disappointed in this unit right from the beginning. First, I purchased an unassembled unit. It was missing the cooking grates. When I called Charbroil customer service they said they would ship the grates out to me... awesome. A few days later, I get a delivery containing only 2 out of 3 of the infrared emitters (a part i told them I didn't need). The grill itself looks great and performs well, but it arrived with cosmetic damage on the lid straight out of the box. I contacted customer service expecting support or a replacement part for the damaged panel, but I was told the only option was to fully disassemble and return the entire grill to the store. For such a large product, that is extremely inconvenient and unrealistic for many customers. Very disappointing warranty support for a brand-new product. I expected better customer service ...

This is the best grill I've bought. Exactly what I was looking for. I love the infrared emitter plates. They provide nice even cooking throughout the grill and no flare ups. Very little to clean up down underneath. It did take some time to build but worth it. Had no issues with the stickers as previous reviews, they came off easily. Just pull them slowly.
