This is the best grill I've bought. Exactly what I was looking for. I love the infrared emitter plates. They provide nice even cooking throughout the grill and no flare ups. Very little to clean up down underneath. It did take some time to build but worth it. Had no issues with the stickers as previous reviews, they came off easily. Just pull them slowly. Smoky grill taste

The grill does give you food that smoky grill taste but the grill area is small although that is what i was looking for since i usally only cook for 2 When reading about the charbroil grills it says it gets up to 500 degree in 10 minutes but i have not seen that happen and based on reviews the whole grill surface heating is consistant and i have not experienced consistant heat on the grill so i have to move my food around to make sure everything gets done at the same time. Delivered wrong parts FILTHY

I was supposed to receive a new Grill. I received a filthy grill that looked like it had sat outside all winter. Half the parts missing and the parts received did not even go to the grill. All parts piled on the grill inside - It was supposed to be assembled. When I called manager, he said it was delivered direct from warehouse, this was obviously not the case. Non-Removable Advertising Stickers

Grill comes with stickers attached that cannot be removed via normal methods, they tear and rip terribly. Came pre-assembled, if that makes the difference. Would return but can't in this condition. Thanks Charbroil :(
