I was looking for a larger generator as my current Champion wasn't 240v capable and I needed one that was to plug into the interlock I recently had installed. Hurricane outages

Everything Looks Great!

Just purchased and ran the unit for the 5 hour break in time. The generator ran heaters with ease to break in the unit. I changed the oil and am now just waiting for the next power outage to put her in action. I was impressed by the heavy duty cable that was included even though I don't really need it because my house is wired for a generator. If it was not, it would come in really handy. power up

We have lost power in this part of New England one to many times. Losing food, heat, hot water in the winter and summer is not fun. Now we don't have to worry about it anymore. This unit powers almost the whole house. It starts with ease and is not to loud that it bothers anyone.

Great product for power outages

Oil drain plug was overtightened. Had to use vise grips to loosen it.

Pleasantly surprised

During the recent nor'ester we lost power and with two small children we needed to do something. The forecast was to be without power from 24-48 hours. Fortunately we found this generator, installation was easy and it power more than I thought it would. We were happy, and warm.

Reliability When it Counts.

My wife and I used this generator during a 3-day power outage. It handled nearly the entire electrical load of the house! We had electricity for our hot water, furnace and we even switched over to do some light cooking on our stove top. After the second day we discovered that the cable lines were still intact so we could watch movies and had internet access. Another outage

I have used this unit in several outages. It is currently powering my house for the past 24 hours. It is running my forced ais furnace, fridge/freezer, freezer, tv internet, lights microwave ect. Also running a extensioncord to neighbours house who is running a space heater off of it. With everything running I am a little over 50% of the generators capacity. During the last outage as well powering my house I ran a extensioncord to my pool pump. It has saved me money every time by keeping my food...

Upgrade

Living in Miami, FL, dealing with storms, it is a must having a generator when we lose power. Hurricane Irma only took our power for eight days, but she also damaged our shed that was storing our generator. This new Champion is not just a replacement, it is an upgrade. The Champion 7500 has more power, tires that do not go flat and push button start. While we hope that we do not need to use it for another hurricane, we know that we can count on Champion to help us through.

I would buy again!

What a great piece of equipment! It was so easy to set up put the bar on, hook up the battery, add fuel and oil and started right up. I want to keep it in great shape so I bought a storage cover and a running cover. We had our electrician do a junction box so I had to but the other extension cord but we can use th eother cord when we wheel it down to the lake.

I purchased this Generator because of friends recommendation and extensive reviews. I have not used this Generator as yet. It is for Emergency Backup Only. I have not installed gas or Oil, But I have faith in Champion that when an emergency arises It will Start and Do its Job.

Bought this to replace an older Craftsman model after years of occasional use (we live in the woods, and we have occasionally lost power, sometimes for a few days at a stretch). A great generator at a great price

It's a great, easy to assemble and easy to use generator. The cost for power outages can be great, but with this generator I will barely remember that I lost power. The only improvement I would like to see is a reduction in noise with a better noise cancellation muffler.

Starts easily, runs smooth & fairly quiet. When test run it came close to running my small (1200 sq ft) house other than electric oven and clothes dryer. Am glad I now have excellent product in the event of an emergency.
