Bought the generator from BJs before storm. Instructions are easy to follow to setup first time. Electric start feature is awesome and starts within no time with little fuss. Have this for few months now and used it for a day during power outage, worked flawlessly. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

The best i have ever owned

I love this generator! I have owned numerous ones over the last 30 years and this one is by far the best. Reliable easy to start quieter than i expected. Run smooth and steady and no surging issues. I cant say enough good things about it! Great job Champion!

INCREDIBLE POWER

BOUGHT THIS PORTABLE GENERATOR DURING THE SUMMER OF 2020. IT CAME WITH A VERY ROBUST POWER CORD AND WHEEL KIT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ELECTRIC START WHICH GETS CRANKED EVERY OTHER WEEK. HAD MY ELECTRICIAN INSTALL A SWITCH ON MY MAIN BOX AND THE CIRUCUIT BREAKERS ARE SET UP ACCORDING TO MY NEEDS OF MY HOME. DURING THE INITIAL TEST THE GENERATOR HANDLED THE ELECTRIC HOT WATER TANK, SUMP PUMP, 2 REFRIGERATOR / FREEZERS AND ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE MAIN FLOOR AND BASEMENT WITH NO ISSUES. THE ONLY REASO...

Must have for East coast weather

Bought this generator during power outage due to storm in Aug 2020 from Bjs. It was out of stock all over CT and I travelled to MA to bought it. It was worth the travel. I used it for 5 days with few brakes in-between. Great performance and no issues during that time. Having this is having Peace of mind during power outages!!

This generator (model # 100219) performs nicely from wheeling it outside with its comfort grip handle, easy set up on wheel installation and quick one shot start up makes this unit a "must have" for any power outage. Needed new generator and wanted something bigger with electric start. Easy assembly of wheels and handle. Started right up. Everything I wanted.

Easy to use, worked as expected

Bought this generator after buying a house. Assembly and initial start up was simple. Filled fuel tank and added stabilizer and the generator sat unused for 1 year. Had a recent 12 hour power outage, wheeled it out and plugged it into the house. Ran 12 hours straight burning about 3/4 gallons of gas per hour at 60% load.

Versatile machine with easy assembly.

After numerous power outages in my area, I decided to put in a transfer switch and was in need of a heavy duty, reliable generator. I did research and this generator kept coming back with awesome reviews. This product did not disappoint. It is very versatile and very reliable. I was pleased with all the abilities of this generator.

FUEL LEAK !!!!!!

Generator worked once for 3 days and stored according to instructions went to test when storm announced and it has a fuel leak!!!! checked online and many units have same problem.

Exactly what I bought

I needed an upgrade from my current generator and this one covers all my needs. I would definitely follow the break-in instruction to include changing the oil afterwards. I think this will help your generator last and hopefully reduce any maintenance issues. I have only done the break-in, still waiting on Hurricane or ice storm for real test.

Great Generator

Read the reviews on starting right out of the box and to my surprise they were all right! It cracked up the first time. Love the electric start feature. Very easy to assemble and operate. This Champion Generator saved my sanity!

Recently a small tornado ripped through my town taking out huge trees and leaving us (including my 70 year old mother who needs electricity to power her oxygen treatment machine) powerless as the sun was setting. Perfect for our needs

This generator is easy to use and is quiet compared to others I've used in the past. This model is perfect for our needs. I was able to run both our refrigerators, deep freezer and small window AC. The best part for me being the parent of teenagers is we were also able to power the WIFI, TVs and game consoles for our kids too. No more complaining about power being out at my house!
