Would RecommendI have a 25 year old Liftmaster garage door opener. One of the remotes finally bit the dust. I was a little skeptical that this would work on such an old unit. It did though. Worked flawlessly on the first try. For the price & convenience, the Smart Garage Control can't be beat.

Would RecommendWhile installation directions are a little tedious for an 84 year somewhat technologically challenged male, the results are worth the effort! What a relief to get to church and confirm on your phone that you did remember to close the garage door. I suspect it will be even more satisfying to look at your phone and see that you forgot to close the door and then to be able to close it from your phone!

Would Not RecommendI bought one on the recommendation of a family member. Mine started opening the garage door on it's own while we were away. After the 3rd time I unplugged it. My family member's started doing the same thing. Don't buy it unless you want strangers walking into your house!

With the instructions and app, it was very easy to install! I'm very happy with how it works. I highly recommend! Great way to close the door remotely if left open.
Would RecommendExcellent product that comes with a sensor to tell you if the door is open or closed. App lets you set custom alerts to let you know if the door is left open for a specified duration. Only downside is it also alerts me when it is closed for that same duration.
