Install was easy, instructions were clear and easy to follow, I was able to link two doors to it and the upgrade on two openers saved me buying two more modern openers.

Incompatible with Apple Homekit

I bought this opener specifically because it states in the product specifications that it is compatible with Apple Home kit. I wanted to be able to open my garage using Siri. This device is NOT compatible with Apple Homekit or any other useful third party services.

Easy setup and reliable smart garage control

I’ve been using this universal garage door opener for a while now, and it works exactly as expected. Setup was simple and didn’t take much time, even without much technical experience. Test in mount location before you mount!

It was easy to install and worked as advertised. I do have an issue with it after I mounted it. Make sure you test it out in the area you are mounting it before you actually secure it because it found some sort of dead spot.

WiFi garage door kit

I brought this so that I could use the remoteness feature in my car. I did not realize I need to have WiFi in the garage, once I get an extender I will be able to get it up and running. I have not used it yet.

Simple to use and easy to setup

Product is easy to setup and works really well. It’s easy to use with the app as well. I have one on my garage and I bought one for my parents garage as well.

Once you get it programmed….I suppose it works

Very poorly developed product, wasn’t able to update WiFi unless doing a factory default and removing device from app. Basically start from scratch, relearn the opener, try to connect to the WiFi 10 times and get frustrated.

Peace of mind in a box

This product works as described. I wish they had an option for one unit with multiple sensors for three car garages. We bought three units and used two of the openers and all three of the sensors because the sensors are very hard to find on their own. They were overall very easy to install and work as expected. The app works well as well. Now we know if we leave and have left the garage doors open and can close or open them remotely.

Great Product

I bought this product for my husband and he loves itm we have older children in the house who sometimes use the garage to come and go. Sometimes they forget to close it. This smart garage door opener allows you to check if the garage door is open or closed and for how long. It's peace of mind. Great product. Installation was super simple.

works as advertised

The installation process was made a little more difficult for me because the three Liftmaster/Chamberlain door motor units in my preowned home came with no documentation or repair histories. The door opener myQ installation procedure worked flawlessly with my 2003 2220 opener with an amber learn button.
