[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had high hopes, but have been disappointed with its ability to clean and dry - my old dishwasher it replaced was bad too, but sadly better than this brand me cafe .

Terrible appliance weld broke on dishwasher bracket, that holds up the dishwasher. It happened 2 weeks after having appliance for only one year!

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the dishwasher is very appealing, love the solid handle and easy to read function panel. The top utensil rack is a nice addition for delicate items. The silverware wash feature is nice for getting those forks and spoons really clean. I feel like the dishes do not get dry enough on a standard normal wash of two hours without adding the extra dry drying feature for a three hour cycle. Overall happy with the product.

I am overall happy after a rough start. Of course it looks beautiful, as do my other Cafe appliances. It is super quiet, gets dishes very clean, but takes a long time. Cons: it arrived with a broken latch and customer service would not help. I ordered the latch part on their website and we got it fixed. The top main tray would not pull out all the way, still have to pull hard and I worry it will wear out. The warranty did cover a guy to look at that but didn't really know what to do about it. It...

Higher Quality Dishwasher

There are plenty of cycles to choose from. It runs quietly with an efficient energy rating. The capacity in the various racks allow you to fit a lot of different types of dishes/utensils at once.

Got to love it

This dishwasher is so quiet half the time I have to use the app to see if it is running. Also does a great job on glassware and is roomy. Racks have the ability to hold most all my dishes without dish’s move and tipping during cycle’s.

defective, insulation falls out and it leaks

Bought this unit a little over a year ago. We have gone through 2 doors, first was a cosmetic issue, second the insulation fell out of the bottom of the door and it leaked when we ran it. Both covered by warranty from the store we bought it from. Now, after the second door was installed 3 months ago, the insulation is falling out again but because we are 10 days out of our warranty, GE/Cafe will not do anything to help. Good looking dishwasher

Fine but a little confusing and the drawer hits the side of the of the washer when you close it which is a little annoying.

More space please

Not enough space inside dishes seem jammed up and there is no real space for stemmed wine glasses.

Beautiful and love how quiet it is. Looks great in our kitchen.

Love the quiet cycles!

Very quiet and love the app so I know when the cycle is done. Bottle jets are a nice touch. Still playing with settings to see what works best for stubborn food. Cycles are a little long but I can make it work. Overall happy with it!
