Sleek and Quiet – Still Learning the Features

We’re still getting used to our new Café dishwasher, but overall it’s been a good experience so far. It’s very quiet and looks fantastic in our kitchen. The top 3rd rack is a nice bonus for utensils and smaller items. That said, it does limit the height on the middle rack, so we’ve had trouble fitting and cleaning our everyday Yeti tumblers. Beautiful and quiet

It's a beautiful dishwasher. Very quiet. We're remodeling our kitchen and bought all the matching Cafe appliances. I wish there was another row of tines going down the middle of the bottom rack so that I could fit 3 rows of items (1 row plates, and then 2 rows of bowls) like I could in my old dishwasher. Overall, I like it!

Very quiet. Variety of useful wash cycles. Interior capacity very large and flexible for variety of dishware

poor design

Worst part - middle rack rails use cheap little bearing strips instead of the traditional wheels that dishwashers have always used. We've had the dishwasher for a few weeks and can no longer stand it. In the first couple of days I noticed the middle rack would stop a little more than halfway when you try to pull it out. You can force it, and I have a couple of times, but eventually something's going to break. Top rack - so shallow that almost nothing fits. And the little tray on the left is so ...

Actually gets dishes clean!

Very happy so far. It actually gets the dishes clean. Really like the upper racks and the bottle jets. Also, very quiet.

This dishwasher fits perfect in my kitchen. It is quiet and does its job well.

Always problems

I always have issues with the dishwasher leaking. The hoses pop under the dishwasher. Had the fix it multiple times. And the wheels for the dish racks always fall off while the dishes are getting cleaned. I have the whole set, refrigerator dishwasher and range. I also had to have the refrigerator fixed 2 times for 500$ each time, because the freezer stopped cooling properly.

Average at best

Plastic parts are falling off and are difficult to put back on.

Love it!

We have had our Cafe dishwasher for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! No more pre-washing! The extra jets are amazing and the third wrack with the knife rack is a game changer! I love the Wi-Fi telling me when the cycle is done but I also love that I can see how much time is left in the cycle!

Quiet efficiency!

[Employee of cafe_appliances] Overall, I love the features and the design. My dishes are definitely cleaner. One of the best features is that it is unbelievably quiet! I also love that you can keep track of the cycle via the app. My only complaint was that the "normal" dry cycle didn't dry very well. It was my first time using it so that may have factored into it. I use the "ultra" dry mode and everything is completely dry, no water standing in any part of it.

Noise level nonexistent

I would say it has too many features but it is almost none existent in noise when running. I never knew that’s what I was needing or wanting until it happened.

Dishwasher works great with amazing capacity! It was everything we were looking for and more.

Contemporary design

Nice appearance in matte black. Quiet not sure of quality of construction as I had to replace the full unit within 30 days due to a bad slide mechanism that cannot be replaced in the field.

Quiet and attractive

Does a good job and is quiet. I think the appliances should all have their own little tones though.
