Bagger does not have a viewing window as shown

Product is clearly defined on the Lowes site as a bagger with a viewing window - that's not what I got. The part number on the box matches the part number listed in my order but no window -that kind of information can influence the purchase decision. Also - hose from discharge to bagger is too short and pops off. Online videos show one much longer.

The deck to bag connection is HORRIBLE

Overall this product is great however the connection between the hose and the mower deck outlet has about a 1-inch gap and falls right off. I couldn’t find anything in the instructions that explains it, so I have some wood wedged in there currently. It’s also a PITA to get the hood open on the back. Everything else is great, I had all the hardware and such that I needed.

The flex hose appears short and needed a line tied arround the hose to the deck to hold it on.

Less mess with a bagger

Love this bagging sysyem. Our mower is now complete.

Design flaw

This item is not worth it until they fix the design flaw. The tube that directs the grass to the bags keeps falling out from both ends. I could not mow continuously for more than a minute without the tube popping out and spraying grass all over the ground. It comes out from either end, but mostly from the end that is placed in the bags. They need to figure out a better way to keep the tube attached to both ends.

Tube does not want to stay in place

Not a great design for this bagging system. The tube doesn't want to stay "screwed" in the bagger when the other end slides down the lower end. I preferred the old way of having a groove the tube sat in and it never came undone. Would not recommend buying this at all.

Bagger shoot too short

THe bagger was difficult to install - but the flexable shoot was too short to be screwed in as indicated in the instructions so I had to Duct tape in on - both ends. Not Happy!

Ensure work order is complete with ALL instruction

It was supposed to be installed on mower and wasn't.

Bagger is Junk

I have a 24 year old LT1000 with the black plastic tube assy and baskets. Just got my new T110 delivered Wednesday, 7 May 2025 and it took 1 1/2 hours to assemble the bagger system. Whomever designed this with the screw in plastic tube obviously never put one together. Total JUNK. To top this off, one of the grass bags tore off its plastic frame during its maiden voyage. I modified my old plastic bins (LT1000 catcher) to fit into this to replace the TRASHY, CHEAP bags in the newer model. My nex...
