Mine came broken definitely not usable just purchased yesterday

The tray is shallow but stills all the batteries.

Awful = Cheap, Poorly Made, Difficult to Use

Worst purchase ever! Latches never stay attached - I have to reinstall them almost every time I open of close the box. Extension handle isn't long enough to prevent the unit from hitting my feet. If I load it with more than 10 pounds of tools it's impossible to keep it rolling straight. The metal loop that's mounted on the handle broke through the plastic handle, so even if it didn't hit my heels as I rolled it, I can't roll it anymore! UGH! Just a very poor toolbox - definitely a waste o...

Leaks water

The product leaks the handle broke off and broke the bottom versastack mounts. So it also ruined my speaker

Great toolbox/cart

It’s compact yet can still hold a lot. It’s also very light so it’s good for travelers that want to watch the weight for airline baggage fees. The lightest one I’ve had so far.

The box was missing the latches and had tye wraps to hold it together.

don't overfill it

I'm noticing a lot of reviews for this product that the handle is breaking where it connects to the box. I own this system myself and can tell you as long as you don't put more than the weight capacity that's recommended for it, it holds up just fine.

Awesome toolbox

Left my tailgate down and pulled out onto the highway and watched my toolbox bounce across the road 3 or 4 times stood up on its wheels rolled off to the side of the road I pulled over and picked it up and looked at it had some scratches and scuff marks but held together like a champ.

Craftsman should be embarrassed

This box has a FATAL FLAW. the mechanism that enables you to tilt the box(es) and pull them behind you has at fatal flaw: the claw like plastic grabber mounted on the post of the handle will snap off rendering the feature unusable. Although it may look sturdy, the pictures show how thin the actual grabbing part truly is. And if you have any weight at all in your toolboxes it will snap off at the worst time. I haven't had this new box very long. Maybe 6 months. Now I cannot use it for what it was...
