This last minute purchase for Christmas was easy and fast! The service from Pete at the Waikele store was quick, friendly and provided AWESOME service! Thank you!

Shipped without a box

Lowes shipped this $80 toolbox without a box. They have completed ruined it. It's covered in scratches and marks that I can't remove. The most obnoxious part of all is that placed the shipping sticker directly on the toolbox so the entire front of the toolbox is covered in adhesive gunk from the label. What a terrible, moronic decision to ship with no box.

Value and Quality for a Great Price

Tremendous value for the price. The Versastack box is sturdy and spacious for my tools. The system as a whole offers great storage opportunities at an affordable price.

Excitement to disappoint

I was really excited to get this because I've needed a new one for awhile. Its big, deep and the tray is a nice touch but the latches are cheap and the thing started coming apart almost immediately. Annoying at the least.

Connectors aren't heavy duty

I absolutely this rolling tool box. it was big enough for all of the stuff i needed and it had stackable options. the problem? it lasted just over a month of heavy usage before one of the connectors broke. which makes it now unstable and almost unusable. i have to be careful now for any of the items stacked on top of it, lest they all fall off and bust option. the other thing? the clips to lock the top to the box always fall off. thank goodness they're easy to hook back on but it's really annoyi...

Bad latches

I made a trip to Lowes too specifically buy this Craftsman plastic rolling tool box. They had 2 in stock that I could look at and a couple other Versastack boxes with similar latches. The latches were detached from the both of the wheeled boxes and laying in the floor on the isle. I tried to put them back on and they popped off almost every time I tried to latch the box.
