I love this backpack sprayer is really good compared to another great brand birchmeier backpacks I use backpack sprayer continuously for pest control exterior applications as far I know this backpack lives up to the daily standards and battery lasts longer than three days I usually have 16 customers a day so times 3 cause of the battery that's about 48 customers I'm spraying for and still has one bar left! Wand issue

I have had this unit for about a year. I use it weekly for all types of applications. Suddenly today, I am having an issue with the wand not shutting off completely. I have used various sprayers and been able to "rebuild" them with new gaskets/o-rings, etc... However, this "handle" is essentially self contained. How can I get/purchase a new hand control for this? When the power is turned on, it leaks out the tip. I sprayed air/water/toothbrushed the seal, but with no positive results.

Worth every penny

Went through three of those hand pump sprayers in less than 6 months and they all leaked and stopped spraying. That forced me to look for something better. Should have purchased this to begin with. One star missing for not being able to find the replacement nozzle tips on the Craftsman website. They don't even list this model.

Strong spray and much easier than using a manual pump.

Works great, with a few minor gripes.

I've been using this sprayer at my home for about a year with no issues. I've used it for herbicides and fungicides on my lawn and pesticides on my home. Minor complaint number one is that towards the end of the tank it has a hard time getting the last bit of liquid. Number two is that the pump maxes out at 0.5gpm. Getting up to 1gpm would be really nice for certain chemicals that need to be delivered with more water. Had I known this at the beginning I would have chosen a different sprayer. T...

Junk. Don’t waste your time or your money

Bought it and used it regularly. Within 2 weeks the lid wouldn’t shut all the way which caused weed killer to pour out unless it was sitting perfectly level. The battery lasted 2 months which is awesome… however once it died it would not charge again, rendering the product useless. And it has been 70 days since I purchased so I can’t get it replaced with a new one. Very disappointed.

2 year warranty?

I've had my backpack 4 gallon sprayer right over a year. I though when I bought it that the box was labeled 2 year warranty. I have my receipt and would like to trade my non working item for a new one under the warranty. Can you please help me with this. It has a lot of power, and sprays a long way.

THe sprayer works perfectly. It is so much easier that a pump sprayer.

Great product!!! Battery last a looong time. Pay attention if you're using this to spray the yard with weed killer. It will spray the product fast. But it has 2 settings to slow it down.
