Harsh Chemicals?

Honestly, the price differential between the waning Ctadtsman brand and the competition was the shot across the bow. Now I understand completely the risk I was taking. I don't use harsh chemicals. The sprayer worked great and I loved not having to pump the tank for pressure.

The hose to the wand could be a little longer

Recently purchased this backpack and used it several times now. Very pleased with the performance and recommend it if you need a backpack.

Good sprayer

Needed a sprayer that would reach my nearly 20 foot shrubs to attack bagworms. Got that high but not quite as high as material suggests. Other than that it is high quality tool that I've expected from Craftsman throughout my life.

Worked as expected

Surprisingly lightweight even with over 32 pounds of liquid in it. Worked immediately right out of the box with no issues of having to prime it and worked like a charm. The harness is a little cumbersome getting on and off and isn’t the most comfortable but I guess it helps keep the cost down for something that’s only worn for short period of time. Easy use great battery life

Product worked great. It is easy to prime and use. Doesn't run the battery right down fast like you think it would. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Works awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use of this product. If I was to do anything different I would add approx 8 to 12 inches to the application hose.

Keep looking

Used it once. Stored it per instructions. Went to use it for 2nd season, battery us fully charged, power light indicator is on when switch is on. Battery charge indicator is full. But pump will not turn on. Followed all troubleshooting tips with no luck. Called 800 number, closed.on weekends. Could not find online help. I really needed this thing to work, but I've simply set $200 on fire. Back to Lowes for a different one.

Very disappointed

So at first it wouldn't spray anything and I had to run water through the hose backwards to fix it. Once I got it working on my first use it was amazing. But a month later the battery is completely dead and won't charge. Very frustrating when you mix up the product in to a sprayer that doesn't work. It takes time and planning to put down a spray product (looking at the weather, mixing up product, etc.) and to have a product this expensive fail me on the second use is beyond frustrating.

Register

Trying to register my product on the craftsman website. I've tried every number on the box and on the sprayer. It says invalid. I guess I can't register for the 3 year warranty.

Would purchase again.

Love how much this sprayer holds, as well as the different nozzle types for different types of spray needs. I used a 4Ah battery and filled/sprayed the tank twice on the "low" setting and only used half the battery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the backpack has minimal padding and is not comfortable to carry. However, it still beats carrying a hand pump sprayer around.
