Worst purchase ever buying a craftman crap.

Would not start easily and when it does it dies and never start again

Gas 7.5 Edger broke after 3 uses.

My edger lasted 3 uses and I can hear parst moving around the inside of the shaft and the blade will not spin. I had personal issues and too much time went bye and I did not get it fixed. I has been sitting in my garage in the box it came in. Very disappointed with Craftsman products. They used to be #1 now there products are sub par.

Zero stars, lasted 2 months

I used this literally 1 time and the drive shaft is broken, how does that even happen? It’s not like I throw my lawn equipment around. The blade doesn’t spin, what do I do now? I certainly can’t just go out and buy a new one.. not everyone has this money these shady corporations have. I’m completely disappointed in this product, stay far away from this and all of craftsman products, they try to get away with whatever they can when they pump out cheap junk like this.

Poor material

I’ve used this edger attachment for about to months and the plastic guard with the wheel fell off and can’t find a replacement guard anywhere only buy a whole new piece

Return on defective edger nearly impossible

I will never buy another craftsman product and will strongly suggest to all my Friends and Family as well as neighbors and everyone else I know to never buy craftsman. Let me explain. I purchased a this edger online at Lowes on the 18th, was delivered quickly on the 20th. Done with Craftsman

Only had this a year (less than a year of use) and it will no longer start. Absolutely fed up with Craftsman. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I will no longer buy anything from them. Avoid this product, and all things Craftsman.

Garbage

I bought this after starting with an electric edger. After 18 months all three batteries died. So, I went back to gas and bought this product. I use non-ethanol gas (mix) and do everything possible to keep it in the best shape it can be. One year later and it does not work. If I can get it to turn over ( and that's a big IF), it will die as soon as the trigger is released. I should not have to spend over an hour every week just trying to get it to start, and it should not have to be repaired yet...

DOES NOT START AFTER 2 MONTHS

Terrible product. It does not start after 2 months. It has a two year limited warranty. But NOT GET ANY RESPONSE.

Edger

It works good. The day I used it, it had rained. The guard kept blocking up with mud, but it made a nice edge. I’m pretty sure when it’s dry, this will work way better. I’ll find out. Overall I’m happy with this edger.

impossible to change blade

Blade doesnt come off. Very stupid. Wouldnt reccomend
