Would RecommendSolidly built, great retrieval mechanism. The tape stays out when pulled and is released by pushing in the bottom of the case. This is actually a very handy feature. Tape is wide and easy to read.

Would RecommendThe quick return is not going to tear the tape clip off. It is fast, but smooth. Sturdy and flexible. Put your name on it and keep it close (my kids fight over who's turn it is to use it)

Would RecommendWhen I bought this product from Lowes, I thought it was not gonna last due to it being one of the cheaper options. However, it survived an unexpected trip and abuse all because I forgot it on the outside of the truck. Keep in mind that this thing was launched out into a busy traffic intersection at about 40mph and was then ran over by a passing vehicle before I could get to it to pick it up.
