Bends easily
It was the cheapest metal tape measure on the shelf and I didn’t need anything longer than 16ft for cutting trim. The end permanently bent pretty early on making accurate long measurements unreliable. It still got me within 3/8” to rough cut trim pieces before I had to dry fit in place and mark for fit.
