Bought Brand New and Will Not Charge

I bought this LED light brand new a couple of months ago, and have tried different plug ins on occasion when I think about it, and the light has not charged from day one. I have looked to see how to get warranty, but having a problem how to have it warrantied.

Bright light, when it works

My husband and I bought this spotlight and he was so very happy to put it to use. when it was working, this light was so incredibly bright and it definitly had some distance to it. it was able to be charged completely 2 whole times before it wouldnt charge any longer. no matter if it was the cord that it come with or one bought offline, no charge or even charging indicator light. The usb charging port is absolutly insane as it is. It makes no sense as to why there isnt an AC charger or 'C' type ...

bad light

Good light BUT!!! On high beam it will only last 5min or so on a full charge.

Completely stopped charging

Great product only the charging cable is difficult or at least seems very difficult to come across. Ive purchased a few different cables but none seem to work! Every cable I've tried has no luck getting it started and there is no light indicator showing wether or not it is charging. Anything I can do to fix?

IT IS VERY BRIGHT AND YOU CAN SEE DEEP DOWN INTO THE WOODS AT NIGHT.

i not only recommend it, i buy one for them

i love mine so much and i carry it with me everywhere. anytime someone comments on it, i give it to them. so i have bought over 50 of these babys and am buying more. almost everyone i know has one now. they are so strong that one time i pointed at a blinking lighrt so far away.....well it was a blinking light on top of a police helicopter! which chased me for some time before i got away.

Trash

Battery didnt even last a year. Also, run time is extremely short! About 10 min of use before the light began to fail!

USB charging cable hard to find

USB charging cable is hard to find due to me losing it. Battery life is also low.

Crap

DOA did not charge or work out of the box. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Maybe even TO bright!

Super long, focused, BRIGHT beam. Be forewarned, if there is snow in the foreground don't point this at the ground! The reflected light will dazzle your night vision into stars.

Pos

Bought one and it had no charger. Had it replaced, that one had a faulty switch and wouldn't come on half the time. Replaced that one and it worked for 30 minutes, died and won't recharge. This spotlight is an all around pos and I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time or money buying one.

Would not recommend

I bought this product this spring. Charged it once used it one time for about a hour . We went to use it again it was dead and wont take a charge!

Mediocre

I purchased this light for its ability to charge cell phones. Had our first power outage last night, flashlight fully charged but it won’t charge our cell phones. This was a BUST

Worked one time

Charged it one time then after light died it wouldn’t charge waste of money

Never ever holds a charge

Bought light to see our back pasture. When it works - for the 1-2 minutes it does, it is very bright. But no matter how long we charge it, it does not retain the charge and becomes useless. Wish we could return it.
