Do not buy

This light was a Christmas gift and it worked great for about 3 months and then it stopped either accepting a charge or just not producing enough light. I have charged it with different charging cables and charging sources and it has not made a difference.

No charge

Like many of the other reviews, I liked the light after I first purchased it, but then it just stopped working. Never dropped it, only took a charge a few times, then it was just done. Ordered a replacement charger because I thought that might have been the issue, but nope. Looks like new but it’s now a paper wait.

Quit charging

We loved it...when it worked. Can't get it to charge. Super disappointed

Won't hold charge

Was given this as a gift and it was BRIGHT and now it won't even charge 😕

Very bright to very disappointing

Paid $55 for this spotlight and it was very bright at first. But after just a few weeks the battery life shortened drastically. And within 3 months (with very limited usage) it quit charging all together. Highly disappointed in Craftsman. $55 is alot of money to spend on a flashlight to begin with, but for it to stop working after 3 weeks is unacceptable to say the least. I have always bought Craftsman because of the quality they used to project. But no longer will I do so.

No good

Worked for week, now doesn't charge, hold charge, or work for 1 minute. You use to get some quality buying craftsman tools in the past.

Takes a charge sometimes!

I bought this light for my husband’s Christmas gift and most likely it went obsolete the day after. I have heard more cussing than the law allows with this light and still does! If anyone has any advice on how to keep a charge please let me know…

Short use time

Full charge doesn't last long at all

Bought it from Lowes and it worked well for a few weeks. Then its on time on high went down to about 20 min. After the battery life reduction it became more difficult to charge. Now it takes hours to charge, if it does at all, and the battery life is 10 minutes tops. Extremely bright light with tremendous long distance capabilities but the battery situation is very disappointing. Expected far better performance from my $60 Craftsman product purchase

Won’t keep a charge

I loved this flashlight when I first got it now it won’t charge at all for no reason.

Worked excellent at first, then it just quit.

Received this as a gift and it worked great for 3 months, then it got to where the light was going out sooner than it had been and now it will not work at all and will not take a charge. I always bought Craftsman hand tools and power tools because of their reputation and lifetime guarantee, but this spotlight is a joke and shouldn’t even have the Craftsman name on it. Do not waste your time and money on this piece of junk.

Great……but then stopped charging

I bought this flashlight and it was great. But not to long after I used it I couldn’t charge it anymore. Feel like I wasted my money.

Works Great; the second one.

Like most negative reviews, it only worked for a short period of time but I took it back to the retailer and they replaced it at no cost. I’ve had my current one for two years with no issues!

Thing won’t charge

I bought this item last year haven’t used it much but can’t get it to charge at all not happy

Stopped working

I purchased this and initially liked the light weight and ease of use but it stopped working after several months and I cannot get it to take a charge. I even bought a new cable and it is very frustrating because I can’t get this flashlight to charge.

Worked great while it lasted for only 7 months

Just stopped charging. No lights or any indication that the charging was happening. Took it apart and could not find what was the problem.

Only worked a few months

I purchased 2 of these flashlights. They worked great when I purchased them but both stopped working after just a few months use. I didn’t even use them daily.

Great the short time it worked

Feels like a quality flashlight in the stand is convenient but after a couple uses, it will no longer charge or work. Very unfortunate, the reviews appear to confirm this is not an isolated situation.

Give it a pass

I don't remember when I bought mine but it seems like a year or so ago. It worked great until 2 days ago. Now it won't hold a charge for more than a few hours.
