What Customers Are Saying
The product is a versatile and powerful tool that is generally well-received. Key positives include good performance, ease of use, and value. However, some users have experienced issues with the blade staying securely in place, and the included blade may not be the best quality. Overall, the tool works well for most users, but the blade attachment design is a known weakness.

a little heavy, but it works fine.
Would RecommendI prefer this corded version to battery, because batteries end up costing more than the tool in the long run.

Great saw
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this saw. It's easy to handle, easy to change blades, and perfect for any job you throw at it. I'll never have any other brand of reciprocating saw.

Decent saw. Blade problem fix
This is a decent saw but I do agree with others that it has trouble holding onto to blades. I found that if you run a 5/32” drill bit through the locking pin eye on the end of the the blade before putting it in the saw, the saw will now hold the blade securely. This helps the locking pin on the saw sit deeper into the blade locking pin eye. I ran my Milwaukee metal blades roughly through some pipe lots of times with lots of vibration and the blades did not come out once! If for some reason the s...
Used sold as new
Would Not RecommendI bought this as a gift and when it arrived, it was dirty and had dirty finger prints on it. When we plugged it in, it sounded like a barrel of ball bearings. Maybe this is a good product, just not this one. Lowe’s did refund it with no problem.

Good tool at good price
Would RecommendI needed a resiprocal saw for a particular task I was doing. Since I seldom use one I wanted a good brand at a low price. This was perfect. Cordless are much nicer but for the average home handy person corded works just fine. I'm not going to be high on a roof someplace.

On the 3rd replacement
Would Not RecommendPurchased one for work and after less than an hour the insides broke apart and it no longer zalled. Second one same thing have yet to open the 3rd replacement but i have a feeling it won’t last long
Returned Because of Safety Issue
Would Not RecommendI read several reviews that described the blade becoming unattached. I could only imagine horrible scenarios as a result of this so I returned it to the store, unopened. I purchased the slightly more expensive Dewalt, which not only has a blade collet that is secure, you can also change the angle of the blade in four different positions which turned out to be essential to the project I was working on.
Good saw
Would RecommendFor the money works as well as any. 3yrs warranty can't go wrong. Compared and saved. I'm not using on construction sites but even if I was with a 3yr warranty can't beat it
Blade will not stay in
Would Not Recommendi received the saw for Christmas from the family after asking for it specifically. On the first project I was cutting a small section of metal fence post with a metal blade and the blade came out multiple times before I was done with the first cut. Tried to do a second cut and had to switch to a chop saw because of the defective properties of the blade attachment. Blade popped out 8 times for 2 cuts with no pressure or pinching. I do not recommend this saw. Cut one without the quick load bla...
