great power for the price point

I looked at seven different backpack blowers. Although I was looking at the much higher priced models for a buy once cry once mentality, the amount of time I'm going to be using this type of blower, is only a few times a year. However, I can tell you, it was extremely useful and powerful enough to do what I needed to do. It moved a copious amount of pine needles.

Having used Craftsman products with success and satisfaction for decades, I felt confident this backpack blower would live up to my expectations. It didn't. It was so extremely difficult to start, I nearly returned it the day I purchased it. Once it finally started, however, it performed quite well. failed equipment, not worth the money

I returned this gas powered leave blower and I just check for my credit for this item to be returned to my account, and has not yet been put back into my bank account I used to Love Lowes my the passed few months Lowes has lowered its standards and most gas powered equipment I buy there is a Lemon, I probably wont buy this type of equipment at Lowes, you failed me!

Horrible customer service when this unit will not

Please don’t buy one of these. I have maintained this unit per mfgrs. Instructions. This unit is 2 years old. Called the 888 -331-4569 number on the instruction manual and was on hold for 40 minutes….hung up. Went online to craftsman.com….got a “bot” per the information on the site. After another 20 minutes, I was given 3 repair shops….I’m in the Atlanta suburbs…the repair shops are 45, 48, and 58 miles away.when I explained that wasn’t a viable or consumer friendly suggestion…I was given...
